In honor of Transgender Day of Visibility, Revry – the LGBTQ- first media network dedicated to providing authentic representation of the queer community – is calling on better media representation in light of recent anti-drag and anti-transgender legislation sweeping the nation. 

Telling diverse and inclusive stories has never been more critical. An unprecedented number of anti-LGBTQ bills continue to be proposed in state legislatures across the US. Elsewhere, nearly 70 countries continue to criminalize being LGBTQ, according to the Council for Foreign Relations, including 12 countries where consensual same-sex relations can mean the death penalty. 

At Revry, we have seen a remarkable surge by as much as 30% on our free streaming platform, signifying a clear shift towards increased acceptance and understanding of this underrepresented community.
