Comedy Was King for Revry Viewers in Q2

LGBTQ+ audiences went for the laughs in Q2, as revealed by a new report from Revry. Comedy was the No. 1 genre during the quarter, commanding 38% of total watch hours on the platform, which is the only global streaming service that caters specifically to LGBTQ+ viewers. Paul Kontonis, Chief Marketing Officer at Revry, notes that this “underscores the immense value of leveraging culturally relevant humor and authentic storytelling in advertising to the LGBTQ+ community.”
