Thomas Orlina Releases "This Time" Music Video
Mental Health Advocate, Singer, Songwriter, and Producer, Thomas Orlina has dropped his third pop rock music video, "This Time."
This visual is Orlina's most personal music video yet. After going through therapy for mental health issues, he found passion and drive to develop a project intended especially for World Teen Mental Wellness Day. This was intentional for him to be able to relate to other people out there dealing with mental health issues and to help normalize seeking professional guidance when you need it.
This Time was also created to depict several types of emotions like rejection, alcoholism, and feeling lost but also having hope that in time, things do get better. The sound of this pop-rock track was inspired by Billboard recording artists, Olivia Rodrigo, and Machine Gun Kelly. The music video was also inspired by his idol, Britney Spears.
You can listen to the song on Apple Music, Spotify, and everywhere music is heard.
The song was co-written by Christopher Bugna and Orlina.
"When people watch this new video, I hope they get inspired to release themselves from anything that isn't good for them anymore and to prioritize their mental health," says Thomas.
The music video was directed by Sophie Peineke and produced by Thomas.
"I'm so grateful to my team who helped me find the right sound to accompany this music video and to my extraordinary director and songwriter for putting together one of my most personal projects to date. I think what we created was very impactful and my hope for the viewer is for them to know how much we put into great detail spreading the importance of taking care of your mental health." Thomas says exclusively to REVRY.
